Day 1: Airport pick-up. Immediately proceed up the mountain to visit Wat Pra That Doi Suthep which is the most sacred temple in northern Thailand . Inside of the Golden Pagoda is enshrined the Relic of the Lord Buddha. A casual walk around the lower level provides a spectacular panoramic view of Chiang Mai. After descending from this sacred mountain you will be delivered to the Lanna Lodge Hotel for check-in. The evening will provide you the opportunity to walk the Night Market which is only a few minutes away.

Day 2: 08:30 A.M an air conditioned van will provide transportation to the Mae Thang Elephant Camp which is located about 45 minutes away. Following the entertaining elephant show, you will be excited by a 1 hour elephant ride through the Jungle. A visit to the Lisu Hill Tribe Village , followed by a short Ox-Cart ride and a buffet lunch (included in price) will round out the morning. After lunch, you can relax on a bamboo raft ride down the Mea Thang River . A visit to the Orchid Farm will highlight the return trip to town and the Hotel. Transportation to the airport or train station will be provided.
